- Refer to CP #1
- Begin team warm up, 1 minute for each exercise
- Blow whistle
- Push Ups 1 minute
- After 1 minute, blow whistle (continue with each station)
- Participants switch stations
- Bench Dips
- Crunches
- Leg Lifts
- Toe Raises
- Squats (ball is optional for beginners)
- Suicide Run (from front entrance of gym to the other side back to start)
- Backward Forward Run (run length of gym backwards then sprint back forward)
- Shuffle from one side to other side & back
- 75-85% MHR
- Repeat
