Team warm-up
Time: 4 minutes
Activity: Standing shoulder rotations
Standing crossover toe touches
Standing crossover knee to elbow lifts
Circle run
Exercise Prescription
Time:   24 minutes
Exercise: Split Circuit

Implementation
Sit Up
  1. Refer to CP #1
  2. Begin team warm up, 1 minute for each exercise
  3. Blow whistle
  4. Push Ups 1 minute
  5. After 1 minute, blow whistle (continue with each station)
  6. Participants switch stations
  7. Bench Dips
  8. Crunches
  9. Leg Lifts
  10. Toe Raises
  11. Squats (ball is optional for beginners)
  12. Suicide Run (from front entrance of gym to the other side back to start)
  13. Backward Forward Run (run length of gym backwards then sprint back forward)
  14. Shuffle from one side to other side & back
  15. 75-85% MHR
  16. Repeat

Team Cool Down
Time:   4 minutes
Exercise:   Circle Run
Jumping Jacks
Standing cross-over toe touches
Calve Stretch
30 second holds duration for each muscle group
(right and left side)
