Equipment: Eleven work stations, engine hoists, parts cleaning station, welding booth, bead blasting, battery chargers, tire mounting/balancing, oil changing canisters, and various hand tools. Satellite drop for used oil and antifreeze.

Resale Lot

Vehicle Resale Lot (Lemon Lot), 253-982-6726
Open 7 days a week / 24 hours per day. Located next to building 560. Parking is by PERMIT only. All vehicles must have a current registered parking permit. Permit Envelopes are provided at the Resale Lot. Fill out the information on the front of the permit. The license is the car license plate not the driver’s license.

Vehicles less than 16': $5/week (7days)
Vehicles 16' – 32': may use 2 spaces in the center of the lot $10/week (7days) lengthwise parking only.
vehicles over 32': 3 spaces available. $15/week (7days). Spaces are located at end of parking lot nearest the Commissary.
Limit of 2 vehicles per family, maximum of 4 weeks per vehicle on lot. All vehicles Lemon Lot must have FOR SALE sign posted with a current phone number. Long term parking is not permitted. Do not park along the curbed areas.
All authorized military ID card holders may use the Resale Lot as space is available. No reservations.
Current insurance, license tabs, Base decals or current temporary passes required. We recommend you pay week to week. There are no refunds, therefore it's recommended you pay week to week. Payment is by cash or check. Please place payment in the permit envelope & place envelope in drop box.
It's recommended you park another vehicle in your spot if you plan to allow a "test drive", to keep from losing your spot. Vehicles without permits and in violation of any rules will be towed at the owner's expense.
