Ape Cave Interpretive Hike

Ape Caves

  8am-6pm / Sat, Mar 27 / $30Explore the Ape Caves near Mount Saint Helens. Travel 1.5 miles along a trail that leads into several lava tubes. Spend time exploring an area sunlight hasn’t touched for more than 2000 years. This is an intermediate level hike.

Enjoy the beauty and solitude of winter in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness on Snoqualmie Pass on a trek through the forest by the light of the full moon. Trip fee includes round trip transportation, instruction, snowshoes, cocoa, headlamp and guide.
